Ordering Time
Most of our products are made to order, which is awesome for you, but also means it can take some time. Once an order is placed, it can take 2-4 weeks to ship to you. Thank you for your patience!
Repairs
We spend a lot of time making and ensuring the quality of our products, but should something break on our account, or because of shipping, please contact us (info@elderwoodacademy.com) so we can take care if it for you.
Returns
You mean a lot to us, so if something isn’t right, we will refund or replace the product.
