We wish international delivery for our handmade products was simple and easy, but there are some challenges that we deal with regularly that we wanted to share with you! As always, we’re an email away if you have any questions! (firstname.lastname@example.org)
This is a tough one! Because of the nature of our products, we have a hard time distributing internationally. All products that ship into your country are subject to customs and other fees that are not included in shipping costs. We know it’s super-frustrating to get hit with unexpected costs when taking delivery of a package, so please take a moment to check out what fees your country may apply to handmade gaming products! We especially apologize to our UK customers who have customs and Royal Mail charges.
Also, please know that we would like to help as much as we can, but we can’t legally change any shipping/customs information.
Normally, most of our products ship out via UPS or the United States Postal Service. Typically, mail reaches its destination (or customs) in reasonably good time, but every country’s postal system handles imports differently, and we sometimes see mail get bogged down for up to a month :(
COVID ALERT! Shipping has become much less consistent since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Please reach out to us if you have tracking on your order and it has not updated in more than a week.
In many countries, packages will get held at customs to be released, so please get in touch with your customs service if you feel there is an unusual delay.

Your Local Post Office
For the best experience, reach out to your local post office! They’re the experts on how everything is going to happen and should be happy to help walk you through the international mailing process.
If you’re having any issues with payment, we recommend using PayPal for the smoothest payment processing for international orders.
As much as we feel a bit powerless after packages are out of the United States, we really want to help make sure that this is as fun a process as possible, so please reach out to us early and often so we can help do whatever we are able to do to help smooth over some of the hiccups ^_^
